If he was Delta or Comair and not in uniform he should not have had his badge out. That's a no-no and ID should only be used to check in. It is supposed to be concealed otherwise.
People who have 'tudes will usually be rude. That's their nature and it will bite them in the hiney some day--when they least expect it!
