Fiance started out ~$23K. 2nd year pay will put him at ~$29K. And, YES, he's sick and tired of folks thinking he gets paid 6 figures.

He always tells me a little something about each crew member he's paired w/. But he generally tells me the most about the CA since he spends the most time w/ that person. To echo what others have said, I feel better when he actively talks about his CA and FAs. If he's quiet about them, like he's actively hiding something, then I have room to worry. So just keep the comms open!
