My friend's daughter and boyfriend had their dog on a leash in their backyard (which backs onto a golf course) on Flag Day when they had fireworks go off. The dog got scared and ran away with it's leash and everything. They still haven't found it. They just had a story on the news about keeping your pets indoors and not bringing them to fireworks, who would even think of doing that???
