The link is to an article discussing the 40% pay cut that the CEO of Midwest will be taking off of his salary. His salary was $400K and his bonuses were $450K last year - I'm sure that the 40% pay reduction will not impact his bonus. Last year he made over $10MM with the sale of Midwest.
This really gets interesting when they start rationalizing the 40-60% pay cut they are requesting from pilots. They state that the Midwest pilots are over paid, but the truth is, they are not comparing apples - to - apples.
