She booked the seats online and could chose her seats herself.
I'm not sure, but I don't think you can put an infant in arms on the reservation online. People usually call in and I have to move their seats if they are in the wrong one because it won't let me put in the infant, it makes me change the seats first. If they don't call and just do it at the airport I would think the ticket agent/gate agent would move them, but I'm not sure.
