Thanks for your reply Amelia! I've been working in health care for almost 20 years. Passengers sound alot like the patients I deal with... some of them are down right nasty and I've had a few change my life, or at least change my outlook on life.

I would be taking a pretty significant pay cut, that is one of my big concerns. But I am definitely ready for a change and I can't think of anything I want to do where there wouldn't be a pay cut... at least for a while.

As of right now I'm trying to gather as much info as possible to make an informed decision, I really appreciate your help.
