My husband just called to tell me about a similar thing in Australia. It's pay is around $150K, though. At first, I got really excited. Living in Australia for 2 years? Count me in! But then I started thinking about it more, and I just don't know that this would work out to be such a good deal for us. Would I still have flight benefits? Because I don't think there's any way I could live so far away and not KNOW that I could hop on a plane at a moment's notice to see my family if they needed me. Then there are other things to consider... like credit/ debit cards. Most charge (at minimum) One percent on all purchases. That would certainly add up. Would we have to buy a car there? Could our dog come? If not, that's DEFINITELY a deal breaker.
