That's a tough situation to be in. My recommendation is to let the parents handle it. I know it's embarassing, but they might be offended if you said anything to their kids.
Now if they're about to break something of yours or do something in your home that you find unacceptable, you have every right to say something... but make sure you say it in a nice way and don't yell (I know, easier said than done LOL!).
