I think I'd just smile and be counting down until they left and be thankful they aren't your kids! Next time if they want to visit, have an excuse ready. I absolutely hate when people let their kids walk and crawl around restaurants! Not only is it dirty, it's annoying to other people. I guess some parents think it's cute for their kids to wander up to other people's tables etc....and hey if they are laying under the table they aren't bothering their parents right???
