Yeah, Janet, I just feel guilty taking up the CSR's time. I've had them get a little grumpy with me so I avoid it. However, Amelia gave me a GREAT hint but as it has to do with the SkyWest site, I'll PM it to you! My apologies to the rest of you ladies!
