Lance was talking to a good friend of ours who is now the cheif pilot for pan am flight school, and I guess China is DESPRITE for pilots. They (pan am) have a deal with a chinese airline that you sign a two year FO contract, and you start at 120k!!!! yep thats right 120K! straight out of flight school...or I should say flight instructing they do require min. flight times, but they were pretty low.

Lance forward the info to his last CA that he flew with. the guy was burned out on regional flying and didn't think he was making the "jump" anytime soon.

so I guess any of you who are able to reloacate maybe China?
