Not everyone has a computer, but you can buy a ticket over the phone, or at an agency, and then get your ticket printed out at the airport when you get there...
Has anyone informed American Airlines of this...? In order to non-rev with them, I need a paper ticket... and I have to check in at the airport with someone in person... and I have to call ahead of time to speak with a person to list myself... You'd think that they'd work on automating that... Okay, so this doesn't have much to do with the original article, but I just don't get why they do things this way... |
