I like will too. you can start referring to him by name for the next few months and see what you guys like or what sounds right.
my brother is a Jr. him and my dad are both Jeralds, but my dad goes by Jerry. They tried calling my brother jerry jr. In fact all of the first pic of him have that written on the back. But they couldn't stand it and switched him to Jerald.
