I actually find this a bit surprising...not everyone has a computer yet.

That's kinda like saying "well, we're taking away mail surveys considering the rising cost of postage and are only going to do telephone surveys", assuming everyone has a landline phone since you can't survey a cell phone (which is wrong IMO).
