Default teething...

so...you would think i'm at least a little experienced with this...like, maybe i should know a little about what i'm doing...but...
cora appears to be teething...the bottom two are about 1/2 way up, and the top two are just under the surface...and you can see little white under the gums everywhere in her mouth.
and SHE IS SOOOOOOO CRANKY! constantly. it was her birthday yesterday and she only took a short short nap - woke up crying everytime i tried to lay her down. she's nursing for a brief second and letting go. poor girly-girl...i think her mouth hurts because she has so many teeth trying to break through and move on up at the same time! (stella's teeth popped through every so often and she didn't seem at all affected by it...)
so, my question...
ANY GOOD TEETHING ADVICE OR SUGGESTIONS...i'm willing to try anything!
so far we've done advil (helps minutely until it wears off), hyland's teething tablets (good for calming her), anbesol (but i can never get it exactly where i want - and i hate the thought of getting it in the wrong spot) and chewing on ice in a washcloth.
c'mon ladies...i'm sure someone has a good suggestion for the poor girl!
