Nick and I got pre-approved for a mortgage at the end of last week. I can now start looking! I love looking at houses on Realtor.com.

My old Manager's husband is a real estate agent and he's going to help us. I just hope Nick and I can agree on something we can both live with (and live IN!). He won't look at anything unless it is 2 story. I don't mind if it is a ranch or split level- you never know if it's your dream house unless you see it!
