I feel your pain girl!

I've lived under the 'Well, if I still have a job in X number of months....' cloud for over two years now. It's getting tiring and old. With the 33 1/2 % pay cuts DL took, we can't afford our house in Chicago, and we are in the process of selling so we can move to cheaper living in Indiana. We'll be close enough to CVG so he can drive instead of commuting out of ORD. (A pain in the @ss commute that's come to be!)

As a furloughee myself, I wouldn't wish it on anyone (well, maybe a certain few airline execs.....). I sincerely hope he doesn't get furloughed.

Spruce up that house, it'll make you feel better, and if it gets really bad and you have to sell, it'll just be that much more ready to be on the market! Our is 33 years old, and we're almost done redoing the master bath. It's SO stressful remodeling while trying to sell. I wish we'd done this years ago.
