so they're offering COLA's yet they are completely UNDER STAFFED for April! John is looking to drop some trips so that we can go to Europe but they are already -10 for their reserve coverage on pretty much every day!
he says they're understaffed in EWR and overstaffed in ONT/LAX.
a base shuffle would cost the company big $$ (cause they would have to then pay moving costs for those that are displaced)
