At XJT the min guarantee is there but you can still drop trips to get your line down to 60 hours a month. If you drop trips you do not still get paid the min guarantee, you get paid what you fly. They will only allow drops if they have enough reserve coverage. 100 hours a month is the FAA limit per month.
