Yeah... Major bummer! I think that guys tend to tune out nagging, so if you can find some other way...??? I read that you should treat them like dogs and reward positive behavior and ignore the negative... Problem is that if he's really not pitching in AT ALL.... I don't see how that would work... I guess you just have to try to talk to him, to see if you can make him understand. GOOD LUCK!!! |
