Well, the update...
Charlotte was 10lb 2 (my sister is 5'1", so that was a surprise!). She got stuck coming out and the poor little scrap looks like she's been in a fight with Mike Tyson with her head all swollen.
Worse, my sister apparently developed gestational diabetes (no signs at all, and no-one bothered to check...), the midwife came round yesterday, thought something was off, sent them to the hospital and it all came out. So Charlotte is in NICU whilst they monitor her and see if there's any damage. They hope not, because she didn't lose consciousness as far as my sister can tell, but all very nervewracking stuff.
