Hey! We've already had over 400 centimeters here in Quebec City! In November it was lovely. In December it was enchanting. By January it sucked. By February I was ready to kill the weather channel. We're in for another 25 to 50 centimeters tonight with more on the way by Wednesday...............I am SO going away for a month or so next winter
