I just read two articles in the USA Today about test being done in Salt Lake City and Denver on designed security lanes. The lanes are being divided into "family", "casual" and "expert" lanes. It is voluntary and people decide for themselves which lane to get in.
The second article starts with a lady with a small child who reads the lane information and then ignores it for the smallest line.
Reading this lady's comments made me so mad.
She is the person I hate to be behind at the security checkpoints.
