Our lemon tree has been fruiting like crazy and I had to come up w/ some way to use a lot of them, so I decided on some lemon bars. I love these things, but never make them. And then he compiles all steps and ingredients into a nifty time line at the bottom. If you're science-minded and run on logic, you'll love the site.
