It doesn't? On the bottle it says take in the morning on an empty stomach 30 minutes before eating. Its such a pain when I forget to take it when I get up. Another question about that, if I miss a dose one day, should I take two the next, or take one that night and one the next morning? I've only forgotten a couple times, and I feel really tired the next day but I don't know if it has anything to do with that or that my little sister made me stay up half the night with her the night before! (I usually spend the night at my parents and forget to take the meds with me!)
