just got back from the US where we had no internet for the entire Chgristmas period (thank you Comcast!) and have to say so many thank yous for those fab cookery books! The sister in law sent us some fish from Omaha steaks for our present and I cooked up a storm pretty much every night! We had tequila-marinaded mahi mahi, halibut in white wine sauce, potato pancakes, apple & cinnamon pancakes, stewed okra and loads more, and every single dish was awesome (though I say so myself!!). DH is now convinced he has a superwife!
So thank you again - and if anyone wants any fab fish recipes then let me know cos we loved all of them (ooh, and did I mention the tequila mahi mahi...?!)
