Dh and I are looking for a large screen tv to put in our media room and were wondering if anyone has recommendations.

Which is better Plasma, LCD, DLP, projection or not.....
(A ceiling mounted projector is not an option)

Our media room is in our basement and has no windows. The tv will not be smaller than a 50" and must be 1080p.

DH loves Pioneer's 60" plasma but we agree that $6500 is crazy.

Any recommendations?
