This is my last day in this job and Monday Iīm starting in the new company!
Itīs been tuff...I went through 3 interviews..but I landed it! ( more challenges, more responsability, but also more money)
Itīs little bit scary to leave a place where I spent almost 5 years and made good friends, but the new place seems really nice and I made my decision the day I started to look for another job.
Itīs been interesting time this past two weeks to see efforts to retain me ( with more work and some sweet talk)
After that, they were only hunting me down to try to find out where Iīm going...no luck there
This change means so much to me, hope to regain some lost selfesteem ..(jobwise)....
