 Nanny Cam?
Have you ever or do any of you use a Nanny cam?
On Dec 1, I'm going back to work and have a 21 yo woman coming into my home to keep the boys during the weekend days. This is a new situation for me as up until now, my neighbor kept my son along with her husband, MIL and two kids. With her, I didn't worry about a thing. With this girl, I don't know her at all, and there is no one to "keep her honest" so to speak. I mean, with my neighbor, if she needed a break, there were other people to watch my son and if she for some reason felt out of control there were others around to hold her accountable for her behavior with my son.
I went with this arrangement because I needed childcare on the weekend and daycare centers are not open then. I've met with the girl and like her. She has worked in daycare centers and I intend to check her references. But, I guess I'm just nervous about leaving her alone with the kids.
What do you guys think about Nanny cams? Pros? Cons?
