And, it really is all 'bout trust. If you don't have that in your relationship it's time for some deep soul searching. These guys experience and see so much more than the average bear. If they're gonna do something when they're away, there isn't a whole lot you can do about it. Hopefully they all come 'clean' and tell you what's going on in their worlds. Our job is to let them have a safety zone to express all the garbage they come across. No judgement - no foul...Just my opinion
