My DH took one month of FMLA when our daughter was born and he plans on doing the same thing when #2 arrives.

I haven't heard of any airline offering PAID paternity leave though.

If your DH is a new hire he won't even qualify for FMLA til he's been with the company at least one year (as least as far as I know).
