I think I'd like to try hands and knees to start or maybe kneeling. My doc is pretty against squatting as it can create a scenario where you have little control and tend to tear more than in other positions. He is suggesting side lying. So what I envision is starting out upright and then laying down for crowning and catching. We'll see.
