Re: Working out.... I voted for both. But the gym I use is not the traditional cardio/weights gym. I'm a rock climber so that's my kind of gym. And when I'm not in the rock gym, I'm on my bike, outside. And if I'm not biking, I'm hiking outside. And for days when I don't have time for any of that, I at least get in some stretching and basic yoga poses at home. I find its a nice/relaxing way to unwind after a long, hard day. |
