I think our plan is pretty good. It's BCBS, family $169/month, $20 copays for doctor/$30 for specialist, no referrals required. Prescriptions are $15/$30. I wish it was cheaper (like 2 years ago it was $110 and when I worked for DL it was free) but when my OBGYN made a comment that he thought my copay was high, and then asked what my monthly payment was, he said that was pretty low. I guess what I'm saying is I really can't complain about it, it could be much worse.
