? Do pilots really hate them? I don't want to get screamed at all the time. I like to go into situations and jobs like that with the attitude that I can help and make it better. Am I being naive or are there *some* good ones out there? I like aviation and I want to get into it, but not on the ramp or gate agent (they don't pay enough!). I figured this might be a good way to get "in".
