Default Re: Superbowl recipes

Here is an easy recipe (also not Roz approved!)

Hanky Panky's:

1 lb. ground beef
1 lb. ground pork sausage (hot)
1 lb. valveeta cut into cubes
1/2 tsp. oregano (dried)
1/2 tsp. black pepper
1 loaf snack rye (or cocktail bread)

brown the meats and drain. Add the cheese and cook over low heat until melted. Stir in seasonings. Spread mixture on bread and heat under broiler until top is slightly browned.

You can make the mixture in advance and spread them on the bread and broil it right before you serve it.

These are a classic at all of our Superbowl parties...in fact I'm making them tomorrow!
