I remember being at work, DH was home and called to tell me the news. I immediately logged onto MSNBC and there were the pix of the first tower being hit. We ended the call and he immediately called back to tell me about the second tower. We hung up and my office mates and I immediately tuned into NPR and hovered over the radio and the internet all afternoon.

That is a bitter sweet day for us. We had our first sonogram when I was pregnant with our first DS. I remember how quiet it was in the waiting room! Everyone was in absolute shock!

Amazing how different the world has become....
