Default Changing Careers?

So... I am a special education teacher for deaf students. I love my job most days. I have great students and good administrators. I am just starting my third year teaching and have worked in k-12 3 years prior to that. I just sometimes feel that the money isn't worth the work and I can see myself getting burnt out. I think when a teacher in special ed is burnt out, they do a disservice staying where they are. Anyway, I have an opportunity to open a franchise of my exercise studio that I work out/work at. This would mean moving home near my and my bfs families. We would eventually move home when we have kids anyway. When I think about it, I get excited and I feel like I really want to do that. I am conflicted because I know that some of the excitement has to do with the fact that it is something new and different. Plus change is scary. Does anyone have any experience making a change like this or have any advice? Thank you in advance!
