Emily, it seems to me that you are a ski instructor. What is the earliest you would recommend putting a little one on skis? My 2.5 yo saw Curious George (dang George is such a trouble maker!
) skiing and has been "skiing" with his feet in a box ever since. Do you think this winter would be too early -he won't be three until March? He is not one of those kids who is completely fearless. He takes careful consideration of what he considers a good risk and will go for it if it looks good. His gross motor skills and balance are good and he tends to drop down from his center (straight down to his knees or butt) if he feels at all unsteady rather than maybe take a big fall.
Any thoughts?
