Exactly!! The CEO's statement (although harsh by what the huddled masses might think) was completely true: "He's never flown us before anyway and will be back when we save him a penny."
People will complain about however many airlines and their practices, but when it comes down to it, they're going to go with whoever is cheapest... regardless of what negative experiences they may have had or how they treat their employees.
