Sorry, but this is the vent-a-thon section.

I just don't know how much longer I can be poor!! I'm sure you've all been there at some point, but I am 30 years old... I would like to buy a house and start a family soon. But we can't afford it!!! My DH started a new job and at the time they were upgrading people to captain within 5-6 months... so needless to say when he took the job we were excited. Captains pay within the year (yeah!!!). However, now the upgrades have slowed down and now they're talking about furloughing people in September.

DAMN IT... WE NEED TO MAKE SOME FRIGGIN' MONEY!!

Sorry... i'm not materialistic by nature. I don't need a large house, or a fancy car. I just want to be able to pay our bills and not have my husband eating tuna and crackers every day.

O.K. DONE VENTING NOW
