Just got a call from DB--This morning he passed his written exam for the Saab 340 with flying colors!
He was so excited, and I'm very, very happy for him. He's put in countless hours studying over the past few weeks and I couldn't resist sharing my excitement and pride with y'all. Only the oral to go now, then sim training. Whew! He's half-way there!
The second great thing that happened to me today is I finalized a GREAT apartment in Portland ME, where I'm moving in a week and a half. (Yeah , talk about last minute!) I discovered last night that my new roommate and I worked at the same piano camp in VT at different times, and have a few other crazy things in common. It's a small world. Total serendipity! Love it...
