Default Re: Packing food for trips...??

Oh yes I made a post about this a while ago. My husband was making some really bad food choices while away. So we have ironed that out. I usualy get him the foil packs of white meat tuna and chicken. The already cooked packs of brown rice that you microwave, Granola bars, small boxes of cereal and small boxes of soy milk (no refrigeration),the small contaners of fruit sallad in spenda, crackers..etc.....It has been working really well. The food is healthy ,low fat & low calories.Good luck
