For the new ladies on board,(and as a review for me, probably the most "want to be in the know" woman I know) I would caution you to remember one thing: While our pilots are going to ask us to do lots of favors for them, and will show us how to do it (trip trading, checking things out on the company intranets, etc), we have to remember this is THEIR job, not ours. Access to this information is a privilege, and we should treat any info, no matter how innocent or seemingly harmless as something to be guarded. There really aren't any "secrets" out there, but I think we should not trade company information amongst ourselves.
That being said, I think this group is great for getting word out about information that would be helpful to all of us. Just make sure the final version of your info comes from your pilot only.
