 The heat is getting to everyone!
including the poor dogs...they had 6 dogs die today simply because they didn't have enough shade or water... it was a hot day, 115 by afternoon...
even had one lady leave her kid in the car accidently. by the time they got him out, he had a temp of 109. according to the news, he's gonna be ok though but honestly... UNreal! I can imagine CPS will be on the parents case for quite some time.
We're expecting somewhere from 116 - 120 degrees on the 4th. definitely a heatwave (but then again, it IS the desert).
I just wish people would be more careful, they seem to forget that even though we don't have the humidity, the heat can kill. |
