Re: Warning--Jumpseater with Fake ID We had an incident like that at Eagle in FWA several years ago. Some guy with a beard showed up with like 5 carry-ons wanting a jumpseat and presented a ratty-looking UAL ID. The F/A thought it looked suspicious, but told the guy to go on up front and talk to the guy. This was on an ATR, so she had a few minutes to call the guys and tell them what was up before he made it up there. The guys called airport police, and by the time they'd 'talked' to him, and stalled him, airport police were waiting when the CA escorted him to the back of the plane. He was promtly arrested. |
