 refurb or buy new?
If you had enough money, say $50K or so and had the time, would you rather reburish the house your in (put wood floor down, redo bathroom and do an entirely new backyard incl new pool) or would you look for a new house that already has all the features you wanted?
with that, explain your reasoning behind refurbing or buying new and what factors you consider to be the most critical in your decision.
