I know this is late, but we buy ground turkey (from Sam's). You can do this with ground beef too.
One night we have turkey tacos. The next night we have turkey chili.
As far as the chili....
I season the meat with paul pardone's fajita seasoning, while cooking. My kids hate chili beans, so we add refried beans instead. Add 2-3 cans of tomato sauce, 1 can of Rotel, about 2 T brown sugar. That's it. Very easy....very good. |
