So the name worked out perfectly for that, but he wanted it to be a special nickname that only daddy got to use, but said reluctantly that if others used it that would be ok. His favorite flower is also a Calla Lily, and it kind of sounds like that. The obvious nickname would be Callie, but I have a bias against that one because it's the name of the evil midwife that delivered Caleb and it makes me picture her every time I hear it. Maybe I would get over it after a while, but as of now, I just don't want a "Callie". Our other top choices were Julia which is getting pretty popular and we prefer less popular ones, or Lillian.
