Re: Cooking Corn... Well I no longer eat corn. But if I did, I'd boil it for two minutes--no more (unless you just harvested it--then I'd eat it raw). Then if I absolutely had to have something on it (which really you don't because corn is perfect by itself), I'd mix up some olive oil and Aleppo pepper or some other type of pepper.
To my taste, grilling overcooks the corn. I like to taste it (or I did). |
